Group's structuring and development
5 Santé group was constituted following the spin-off in May 2015 from Fontalvie group of 4 clinics specialized in post-acute care methods of rehabilitation for patients suffering from chronic diseases. With the support of Parquest Capital as a majority shareholder, the management team led by its President, Catherine Miffre, intends to strengthen the group's leading position and to boost its development through both organic an external growth by capitalising the know-how and reputation of Cliniques du Souffle and Clinique Val Pyrène.
5 Santé group has pioneered its market and enjoys a national reputation in the rehabilitation of patients suffering from chronic respiratory diseases, in particular COPD (chronic obstructive pulmonary disease). In the past twenty years, the group has also developed an acclaimed know-how and reputation in the nutrition and metabolism disorders and in addictology. The management team's objective is to carry on the group's development following its therapeutic plan as well as constantly improving the chronic patient caring programs, particularly in terms of R&D.
End 2015, 5 Santé owns 4 clinics representing a total of 300 beds located in the Pyrénées-Orientales, Hérault and Cantal French regions. Together, they generate revenues of around €30M.
