- Doucet is a French specialist in the manufacture and distribution of cleaning products through its BtoC brands (Starwax, Kapo) distributed in DIY stores and its BtoB brands (Purodor, Salveco) distributed through direct sales.
- Parquest invested as a majority shareholder in a secondary MBO alongside the management team.
- Parquest supported the group’s development in France and Europe through external growth before selling the consumer business (renamed Groupe Brunel and then Altaïr) to the management team in an MBO, the professional business to the Alma group, an expert in the manufacture and direct sale of hygiene and cleaning products in France, and the plant chemistry business (Salveco, YOU by Salveco) to a venture fund.
