Remuneration policy

Parquest has defined and formalized a remuneration policy in accordance with the provisions of the AIFM Directive, applicable to staff considered as “risk takers”. It is validated annually by the decision-making bodies of the management company. It aims to ensure that the remuneration system allows an alignment between the interest of Parquest’s “risk takers” and that of investors, taking into account the company’s strategy, performance, risk management policy, parity and diversity policy. In accordance with Article 5 of the Disclosure Regulation, we have put in place an adapted remuneration policy to limit risk-taking and integrate sustainability factors. Compliance with risk management mechanisms, including the ESG Charter and associated processes, is a criterion for evaluating the performance of our teams. In addition, the entire investment team invests in the funds we manage, and as such shares value creation.

Conflicts of interests policy

In accordance with the General Regulations of the Autorité des Marchés Financiers, Parquest has defined a policy for the prevention and management of conflicts of interest aimed at detecting and managing any conflict of interest situations that may arise in the exercise of its activities. Parquest has developed a mapping of potential conflicts of interest appropriate to its activity and developed an organisation that identifies any situation of conflict of interest likely to harm the interests of its investors as well as the measures taken to reduce, anticipate and manage them. The conflict of interest management policy is available on request from Parquest.

SFDR

We do not currently consider the main negative impacts (PAI) of our investment decisions on sustainability factors in the manner prescribed by Article 4 of the European Regulation (EU) 2019/2088 known as Sustainable Finance Disclosure (SFDR).
We consider our existing ESG policies, procedures and indicators, which are set out in our ESG Charter and ESG Report, to be appropriate, proportionate and adapted to the investment strategies of our funds and the expectations of our stakeholders. In addition, the final regulatory technical standards defining the scope of the main negative impacts and the corresponding mandatory reporting format have not yet been definitively adopted; regulatory and technical clarification is therefore still awaited.
We are continuously monitoring regulatory developments with regard to the SFDR Regulation and will reconsider in 2023 whether the main negative impacts should be taken into account.
