SPECTRUM GROUPE WELCOMES PARQUEST AS A SHAREHOLDER TO ACCELERATE ITS NEXT PHASE OF GROWTH

Parquest announces that it has invested in Spectrum Groupe, a digital transformation consulting firm and Platinum Partner of Atlassian. The transaction, alongside the management team led by founder and CEO Ali Ouni, aims to support Spectrum Groupe’s strong growth momentum.
Founded in 2011, Spectrum Groupe has become a key player in the Atlassian ecosystem, offering a comprehensive suite of consulting, integration, training and managed services, with recognized expertise in information management and process optimization (Agile, Lean, DevOps, ITIL, Agile@Scale). The company serves large corporates, public institutions and leading technology companies.
Spectrum Groupe has delivered exceptional organic growth of over 50% per year since 2021, reaching €32 million in revenue in 2024. The company is led by an experienced, well-structured leadership team and a strong culture of excellence and client service. With around 120 employees, Spectrum has a strong presence in France, the United Kingdom and the Middle East – where it has become the reference Atlassian partner in Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates – as well as in Africa, where it has developed high value-added service centers in Tunisia, Ivory Coast and Egypt. In addition to its long-standing partnership with Atlassian, Spectrum is also a Select Partner of GitLab, further strengthening its position across the end-to-end DevOps value chain.
This transaction marks the beginning of a new chapter of growth for Spectrum Groupe, with the ambition to sustain its organic trajectory and pursue a targeted buy-and-build strategy across priority EMEA markets, leveraging Parquest’s track record in consolidation.
Parquest’s investment is fully consistent with its multi-specialist strategy, with software and IT services at the core of its investment thesis.
Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
