Homeperf is a nationwide leading homecare service provider (37 agencies) specialized in perfusion, nutrition, insulin therapy and respiratory assistance services.

Development through external and organic growth

Created in 1997, Homeperf expanded rapidly, supported first by the Lyon based Cair group, then by a financial partner within a primary MBO operation, enabling the company to rank among the French top ten homecare service providers. With the support of Parquest Capital as majority shareholder, the management team led by Gaël Donadey aims at strenghtening Homeperf’s position as a major market player. In order to achieve this goal, the group intends to further expand through organic and external growth by capitalizing on its know-how and reputation as well as on the new resources brought by Parquest Capital together with Arkéa Capital Investissement and BNP Paribas Développement growth capital funds and Daniel Caille, founder of Générale de Santé and Vivalto Santé.

As a pioneer in the market of homecare perfusion services, Homeperf became rapidly one of the leading providers of homecare perfusion-nutrition-insulin therapy services, deploying its model of excellence throughout the country. In order to meet the market demand, the group entered the respiratory market in 2011. More recently, Homeperf invested in Domicalis (e-health platform for care coordination), thus integrating the key dimension of telehealth among its activities.

By the end of 2015, Homeperf generates revenues of €40M through a network of 37 agencies and employs 300 people.

Gaël Donadey, CEO of Homeperf declared: « Building on an 18-year adventure, we will continue supporting our prescribers for the care of their patients at home and will count on the know-how of our teams and the group’s ability to be innovative in improving their patients return home. Our new shareholders will help us accelerate our development through external growth by acquiring other structures of excellence. »
