- Homeperf is a national homecare services provider with 37 branches in France, historically positioned in the INI sector (Infusion, Nutrition, Insulin therapy).
- Parquest acquired a stake in the company through a secondary MBO alongside the management team.
- Since its entry in 2015, Parquest has supported the management team in the structuring and development of the group: as a majority shareholder from 2015 to 2020 and as a minority investor alongside the Italian group Sapio since 2020.
