- Parquest acquired a stake in the company through a secondary MBO alongside the founding family, majority shareholder, and the management team.
- Since 2019, Parquest has been supporting Eduservices in its ambitious development through organic and external growth: as a minority reference investor until 2021 and in support of Capza since then.
