- Fauché is the leading independent French player specialising in the design, production, installation and maintenance of electrical equipment used in industrial processes and automation.
- Parquest invested in Fauché as a majority shareholder in a secondary MBO in association with the management team.
- Parquest supported a new phase of the group’s development through organic growth and acquisitions, strengthening its geographical presence and its presence in the higher value-added businesses of maintenance and low voltage.
- In 2021 the management team took back control of the group in the framework of a new MBO operation to continue its development independently.
