- Vivalto Santé is one of France’s largest independent private clinics group.
- Parquest participated, as a co-lead investor alongside Omnes Capital, in the creation of Vivalto Santé through the acquisition by Daniel Caille of 3 private MSO clinics in Brittany in association with medical practitioners.
- Parquest assisted the management team in structuring and developing the group through external growth to create a leading multi-regional player, leader in Brittany, which has grown from 3 to 15 clinics.
- In 2016 the management team and the medical practitioners committed to a new MBO to continue the development of the group while remaining independent.
