- Epikure is a new entity formed by the merger of La Patelière and Albert Ménès with an extensive portfolio of culinary aids (pastry-baking aids, spices) and delicatessen products. Group’s flagship brands La Patelière, Albert Ménès and Senchou are distributed through the HMSM, specialized retail and HFR channels, both in France and internationally.
- As Albert Ménès’ historical majority shareholder, Parquest completed this transaction alongside La Patelière’s CEO and main shareholder.
- The group’s ambition is to continue and accelerate its development, in particular via the implementation of the many commercial and operational synergies.
